EarthZoom Licensing Guide
EarthZoom offers two types of licenses for our Earth from Space 3D zoom map videos: Standard License and Extended License. Each license defines how and where the content can be used.

Licensing Examples
Standard License: A YouTuber creates a monetized video with production costs under $50,000 and annual revenue under $100,000.
Extended License: A TV channel uses EarthZoom maps in a national ad campaign and streaming promos.
Standard License (One Project License)
The Standard License is designed for individuals, creators, and small businesses who need Earth from Space maps for limited, single-project use.
- Unlimited non-profit & personal web use
- Social media use if revenue ≤ $100,000 annually
- Video projects with budgets ≤ $50,000
- Print/Outdoor campaigns up to 250,000 impressions
- Merchandise/packaging up to 100,000 units
- Minor edits allowed (crop, resize, color)
Restrictions: Licensed for one project only, resale & redistribution prohibited, not valid for AI training, NFTs, or global TV broadcast.
Extended License (Multi-Project & Commercial Use)
The Extended License is for agencies, production companies, broadcasters, and businesses who need unlimited usage across multiple projects.
- Unlimited web & social media usage (no revenue cap)
- Unlimited video production budgets (ads, films, corporate content)
- Unlimited print & outdoor impressions
- Unlimited merchandise units
- Full creative modifications allowed
- Global broadcast rights included
Restrictions: Cannot be resold as stock/template, no AI training or NFT use.
